Prices of our Country House

• Occupancy discount: -5% on accommodation from 4 guests, -8% from 5 guests.
• Long stay discount: -5% on accommodation from 7 nights, -10% from 14 nights.

General conditions for guests:

• Prices are per person per night in Euros (EUR) and vary depending on the period of the year (see table above). Please contact us for further information.
• Animals allowed: 15.00 €/day.
• Prices include: full use of electric appliances and kitchenware; water, electricity and gas consumption; heating; initial supply of bed linen, towels and kitchen towels; final cleaning; use of the garden and outdoor furniture (umbrellas, sunbeds, tables, chairs).
• Optional paid services:
  • WiFi: 5.00 € per day
  • Pool and air conditioning: 3.00 € per person/night (available in summer)
  • Daily cleaning: 30.00 € + 10.00 € per person
  • Bed linen and towel change: 20.00 € + 10.00 € per person
  • Washing machine and dryer: 10.00 € per use
  • Firewood for the fireplace: 7.00 € per use (winter period)
• Terms of Payment: you can pay the balance cash or by all the main credit cards (with a 2% charge on the total price).
• Deposit: 50.00 € to be paid on arrival.
• Documents: the personal data forms must be filled in by guests immediately on arrival and handed in to the owner, who will forward them to the police (as required by Italian law).
• Check-in: from 3pm onwards.
• Check-out: within and not later than 10am.
• Overnight stay: unregistered people are not allowed to stay overnight.
