Marilena’s recipes are based on the local gastronomic tradition related to the history of our territory, prepared with natural ingredients only. This typical cuisine wishes to bring out the local products, from vegetables to meat, from home-made pasta to cakes and desserts. And everything is served with excellent local wines. We wish to remind you that all the ingredients we use come directly from our fields and our farm.
